TempleRead Cruises Rules & Regulations
  • Length of shot must be made from at least 185 yards.
  • Length must be marked by a PGA card carrying professional.
  • There must be 2 witnesses, one located at the tee box and the other by the green side. The greenside witness must see the ball going into the hole.
  • Witnesses may not be related to the player.
  • A hole in one must be reported immediately. Witnesses plus all the players in the foursome shall submit their names, telephone numbers and email addresses (email addresses not mandatory) to the tournament coordinator.
  • Tournament coordinator must provide BenefitGOLF this information within 24 hours for insurance purposes.
  • Once this completed information is submitted, BenefitGOLF will contact the PGA professional, the winner, other players and witnesses to coordinate the signing of affidavits attesting to the hole in one.
  • Any tampering may result in prosecution.
  • The winner may be asked to take a polygraph test affirming the hole in one.
  • Any deviations from the above rules and regulations make the contest null and void.
  • Any disputes arising in legal action are settled by arbitration in Pinellas County Florida.
